Auto Insurance

The cheapest Auto Insurance company that's among the most well-known and available across the United States is Geico.  Progressive would be second place on the list.  Every other name brand Insurance company you see on Television commercials with talking Emus, Ducks, Peanuts characters, or dumb humans causing chaos are an absolute ripoff.

In fact, I recommend you do not go with Geico or any name brand insurance company out there.

Always look for the hole-in-the-wall, tiny insurance company without the huge budgets and dumb mascots.

For coverage, many go with their state's minimum.  That strategy may be sufficient if you have a beater.  For those driving newer cars, I implore you to try to get the best insurance you can possibly buy.

I personally would only have an auto insurance policy with full coverage.

Whether you decide to have the minimum, full coverage, or somewhere in between, get as many quotes as possible to get the best deal.

When getting quotes with these companies, always use a fake name, phone number, and a spam e-mail address as many of these companies will harvest your personal information and have their employees try to hound you for a sale.

Health Insurance

As if the tensions around healthcare in the United States could not have been more extreme, it looks like there won't be any solutions to a dedicated Healthcare model in this country for a while, at least until the next presidency.

Preventative care needs to be the focus for your medical needs.  Diet, supplements, and lifestyle will ultimately be the only healthcare many of us will be able to afford moving forward.

Before you think about purchasing any medical insurance policy, you have to fix your diet to be as clean as possible, reduce the amount of stress in your life as much as possible, and not conduct risky behaviors that may otherwise send you to the hospital.

This means eating a whole foods diet, having plenty of daily movement, driving slowly, sex-safe practices, getting plenty of sleep, brushing & flossing your teeth every day, and not doing drugs (whether legal or illegal).

Health insurance is unfortunately a scam in America unless your employer is subsiding a good policy, otherwise you will pay a high deductible and have your insurance company cover next to nothing.  Health insurance is so expensive now that most Americans will have to rely on their employer for any medical, dental, or vision benefits, otherwise it would be smarter to not work and rely on Medicaid.

Americans are being forced to participate in medical tourism to be able to afford basic procedures.  People are literally having to leave the country just to afford care.  Make so mistake, this trend will continue into the next decade.

What can you do in light of this ridiculous insurance market?  Find the best employer that offers you the best medical benefits.  Otherwise, you can try to get Medicaid, but that is also under fire by this current administration.

Ultimately, you will need to live your life not relying

Renter's Insurance

Lemonade offers the cheapest renter's insurance on the market at only just $5.  I've been using them for the last 4 years with no issues in regards to singing up, billing, and accessing their website for my individual records.

Other insurance companies like Geico offer bundling discounts with your auto insurance policy, but they're all still over $10 for the same policy that Lemonade offers.

Like always, skip the larger insurance companies that have the dumb mascots and annoying commercials.

Life & Death Insurance

Life is expensive, and unfortunately it's also very expensive to die and leave your loved ones with tons of expenses.

Cemeteries in major cities are filling fast and plots for burial sites are very expensive.  There may be cemeteries in the middle of nowhere that would accommodate your grave site, but would your loved ones be ok traveling to that location?

Many are foregoing the entire funeral process and pursuing the route of cremation as they cannot possibly afford a plot, casket, funeral, tombstone, or any other procedure after one's death.

It may be best to skip any or all insurance and just go the cremation route and call it a day.  It's not ideal at all, but having a grave and a funeral are not luxuries like health insurance and retirement.  We just have to live without for our entire lives, even after we are dead.

The hope is that those cremated remains of yours one day get renewed with new flesh, and you won't need that urn any longer.
